Q. When does Birdie-Life ship my package?
A. Birdie-Life ships every package so that it will arrive during the first three days of the month.


Q. What's included in the package?
A. You initial shipment includes golf balls, a personalized "Welcome to the Club!" message and a Birdie-Life golf towel and tees. Each shipment thereafter includes your golf balls and tees.


Q. Will the recipient of the membership know how much I paid for it?
A. No. A receipt is emailed to the account that you provide and is not included in the shipments.


Q. What type of golf balls do you use?
A. Birdie-Life strives to provide its customers with top quality brands. Nike, Titleist, Callaway, Srixon, and TaylorMade are a staple of our rotation. We do not use recycled, logo over-run, or low-end golf balls.


Q. What should I do if the person receiving the membership plan moves?
A. Contact us through our contact us form and we will update our records. No problem.


Q. How are the shipments sent?
A. All our gifts are shipped through the United States Postal Service.


Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping costs are included. There are no extra fees.
